Comfort Inn Brooklyn Center

A basic but clean hotel. Reasonable continental breakfast for the price. A good value.

I had trouble with the check-in key & had that replaced. Next morning the clerk appeared to have been asleep when a client was waiting at the front door ringing the phone for help-looked like the client woke her up to help him. I opened the door for him as he had been waiting for some time. The breakfast area looked dirty & uninviting (poor lighting too). The juice machine squirted juice all over when you pushed the button. The food was set out 30+ minutes later than the displayed start time for the continental breakfast. Several coffee containers were empty & this was at 7 a.m. Perhaps the clerk was sleeping when she should have been getting things ready? My room did not appear to have been vacuumed thoroughly for some time, there was buildup of dust and garbage behind the table. The drain in the bathtub was extremely slow. This was a very convenient hotel to stay at. The staff was very pleasant, and the morning breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, clean, quiet, and Jacuzzi and tread mill were nice to have.

Overall clean. For the price it was fine, but the neighborhood and professionalism of staff was sub par.

Hotel was fine, but room seemed dirty. Room & bath were very nice size. Carpets in the room really need a good cleaning. I should have asked for more towels.

We need to have choices back on what we want for hotel rooms.
